Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Self-Adhensive Waterproofing Membrance
Applicable Standards:GB/T 35467-2017
Product Introduction
Fiber-reinforced polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membranes are manufactured by blending asphalt with softened oil, supplemented with rubber modifiers, tackifying resins, functional additives, fillers, and other components to create a highperformance self-adhesive modified asphalt. They are produced using a polymer film as the intermediate reinforcement layer and woven fabric as the surface reinforcement layer. These membranes can be installed using either the cold-bonding or wet-laying methods and achieve full adhesion when applied to subsequently poured concrete.
Product Feature
- Dual-layer reinforcement, iterative improvements in physical properties
1、Significant improvement in tensile properties.
2、Improved tear resistance.
3、Improved thermal dimensional stability.
- Anti-slip design, superior performance
1、The surface layer is made of fabric, which is slip-resistant and crack-resistant. For pitched roof projects, the surface is immediately accessible to workers after installation, offering significantly improved slip resistance compared to conventional separation membrane materials;
2、Improved waterproofing performance: the top layer bonds tightly and completely with the subsequently poured concrete, while the bottom layer undergoes a wet-lay, water-curing reaction to form a skin-like bond, resulting in more reliable waterproofing.
- Coating and lamination—no separation
Applying the waterproof coating directly to the fiber-reinforced layer ensures excellent adhesion, creating a dual-layer, dense waterproof structure. This prevents the coating from separating from the substrate over time, which could lead to waterproofing failure, thereby providing more reliable waterproofing performance.
Key Performance Indicators

Scope of Application
Suitable for various industrial and commercial building waterproofing projects, and particularly suitable for waterproofing projects where open flames are prohibited.
Construction Methods
Substrate Preparation → Mixing Cement Slurry → Detail Work (Installing an Adhesive Layer) → Positioning and Marking → Applying Cement Slurry While Laying the Membrane and Releasing Air → Membrane Lap Sealing and Edge Sealing → Quality Inspection and Acceptance → Application of the Protective Layer
Storage and Transportation
1、During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and should not be mixed.
2、Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain; ensure proper ventilation; keep away from sources of fire; and store at a temperature not exceeding 45°C.
3、When stored flat, rolls should be stacked no higher than 5 layers; when stored upright, they should be stacked in a single layer.
4、Prevent tilting or lateral pressure during transport; cover with a tarp if necessary.
5、Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
