Product Introduction
Non-asphalt-based high-density polyethylene (HDPE) self-adhesive waterproofing membranes are manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets as the base material, with a highadhesion, non-asphalt-based self-adhesive layer applied to the surface. The adhesive layer is coated with a specially treated anti-stick granule layer. Installed using the pre-laid reverse adhesion method, physical adsorption and interlocking effects occur during the curing of the concrete, ensuring that the membrane adheres firmly to the cast-in-place concrete and eliminating the risk of water penetration between layers.
Product Features
1、The sheets are made from virgin HDPE resin, ensuring reliable quality, excellent resistance to aging, corrosion, and mold, and a long service life.
2、It has excellent mechanical properties.
3、It has low substrate requirements and can be applied directly to damp substrates, making it suitable for projects with tight deadlines and those carried out during the rainy season.
4、The membrane is bonded to the main structure to prevent the waterproofing layer from being damaged due to settlement of the subgrade.
5、The pre-laid self-adhesive method requires no protective layer and forms a fully bonded joint with the subsequently poured concrete, eliminating any pathways for water penetration.
6、This cold-application method is non-toxic, odorless, safe, and environmentally friendly.

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing the base slabs of underground structures in industrial and residential buildings, as well as side walls where there is no access space for construction; also suitable for waterproofing projects in subways, tunnels, utility tunnels, and similar structures.

Storage and Transportation
1、During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and should not be mixed.
2、Keep away from direct sunlight and rain, ensure proper ventilation, and store at a temperature not exceeding 45°C.
3、When stored flat, rolls should be stacked no higher than 5 layers; when stored upright, they should be stacked in a single layer.
4、Prevent tilting or lateral pressure during transport; cover with a tarp if necessary.
5、Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
