Product Introduction
This product is a rollable sheet - type waterproofing membrane made from highquality thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) resin granules using advanced manufacturing processes

Product Features
·Special formulation technology, with no plasticizers added; it offers high flexibility without becoming brittle due to plasticizer migration, ensuring long-lasting waterproof performance;
·Excellent flexibility at both high and low temperatures: It remains flexible at -40°C and retains high mechanical strength at higher temperatures;
·Resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, animal and vegetable oils, and lubricants; resistant to the growth of microorganisms such as algae and mold;
·High resistance to heat aging and good dimensional stability;
·Light colors, primarily white, with a smooth surface and high reflectivity, offering good energysaving performance and resistance to staining;
·The overlaps are joined using hot-air welding, which creates a high-strength seal.
Key Performance Indicators

Recommended Level 1 Waterproofing Design Plan

Scope of Application
It is primarily used for various types of roof waterproofing projects, including those in industrial and residential buildings, as well as public buildings.
●Internal-reinforced (P) membranes are suitable for mechanically fastened roof waterproofing systems.
●Backed (L) rolls are suitable for full-adhesion systems on substrate surfaces.
●Homogeneous (H) rolls are primarily used for detailing.
Construction Methods
·Mechanical Fixation Method:
Mechanical Fastening Method: Substrate preparation → Vapor barrier → Installation of insulation layer → Marking out alignment lines → Installation of waterproofing membrane → Mechanical fastening of waterproofing membrane → Hot-air welding of lap joints → Treatment of detail junctions → Quality inspection and acceptance
·Full-Adhesion Method:
Surface Preparation → Marking Out → Applying Specialized Adhesive → Laying Waterproofing Membrane → Welding Overlaps → Treating Detail Joints → Quality Inspection and Acceptance
·Open-Laying and Capping Method:
Substrate Preparation → Installation of Waterproofing Membrane → Hot-Air Welding of Overlaps → Reinforcement of Joints → Quality Inspection and Acceptance → Installation of Non-Woven Fabric → Compaction with Pebbles (or Other Weights)
Storage and Transportation:
1、During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and should not be mixed.
2、Rolls should be stored in a well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not exceed 45°C.
3、When stored flat, rolls should be stacked no higher than 5 layers; when stored upright, they should be stacked in a single layer. Contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents is prohibited.
4、Prevent tilting or lateral pressure during transport; cover with a tarp if necessary.
5、Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
