Construction Methods

Application of Waterproof Mortar by Spraying

Surface Preparation → Equipment Calibration → Test Spraying → Moistening the Substrate → Mixing Waterproof Mortar → First Spray Coat → Second Spray Coat → Applying Mesh and Smoothing → Detail and Joint Treatment → Proceed to Next Construction Step.

Commissioning of Spray Coating Equipment

Connect the power supply → Moisten the spray hose → Connect the spray hose to the spray gun → Add water and adjust the spray for a test spray.

Before starting the machine, inspect all of its components to ensure that all parts are intact and clean, and that there is no debris in the hopper.

1、Power Connection: Before energizing the distribution panel, all switches must be in the off position. After plugging in the main power cord, connect it to the main power outlet for the drive motor.

2、Wetting the Spray Nozzle: Before connecting the spray nozzle, wet it with water.

3、Connecting the Spray Hose and Spray Gun: Connect the material hose and air hose to the spray gun. Connect the other end of the material hose to the flange on the screw pump, and connect the other end of the air hose to the air compressor inlet. Turn on the air switch on the spray gun.

4、Test spraying with water: Add clean water, plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, set the motor switch to “Manual,” adjust the motor speed to match the output rate and air pressure, and ensure the desired atomization and spraying results.

Application Process for Waterproof Mortar

Clean the substrate → Moisten the substrate → Mix the waterproof mortar → Apply the waterproof mortar → Install mesh and smooth the surface → Treat detail junctions → Proceed to the next step

Storage and Transportation

　　1、The product should be stored in a dry, wellventilated, and cool place, the storage temperature for the liquid component should not be lower than 5°C.

　　2、This product is not flammable or explosive and may be transported using standard shipping methods, During transport, protect the product from rain, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, and damage to the packaging.

　　3、Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months from the date of manufacture.
